By appointment only – While we may be able to accept walk-ins sometimes, it is not a guarantee.

Running late? Let your artist know as soon as possible. Appointments run on a tight schedule.

No guests in work areas – Only clients are allowed. If you require a support worker, please inform us ahead of time so we can accommodate.

Accessibility

We’re located on the first floor at 6/31 Black Street, Milton. Our front entrance has stairs, but you can request back door access to bypass them—just let your artist know in advance.

Our bathroom is gender-neutral and mobility-aid accessible.

If you need help getting on/off the treatment bed, please bring a support person. Unfortunately, our artists cannot assist.

We offer privacy screens for cultural or religious considerations—let us know ahead of time so we can prepare.

If you have any other accessibility needs, just reach out—we’ll do our best to assist.

Inclusivity

Lovesick is an inclusive space for all people—regardless of gender, sexuality, religion, or race.
We uphold a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech or discrimination. Any hateful language or behaviour will result in immediate termination of your appointment at full cost.

If you have specific needs for your appointment, let us know in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Booking fees & payments

Artists handle their own payments – Some accept EFTPOS, but most accept cash or bank transfer only.
Please bring exact change, as we do not keep cash on-site.

Booking fees are required to secure your appointment. These are:

- Paid directly to your artist (not the studio).
- Non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Non-transferable between artists.

Rescheduling, cancellation & no-shows

One reschedule allowed per appointment (with at least 72 hours’ notice). Your booking fee will roll over.

Reschedules within 72 hours may require a new booking fee.

Second reschedule? Your booking fee is forfeited, and the full treatment cost applies.

Cancellations forfeit the booking fee.

No-call, no-shows are handled at the artist’s discretion.

Late arrivals – If you're too late for your artist to complete your booking, the full fee still applies.

Vegan & cruelty-free services

Some artists use fully vegan setups: Daisy, Andrew, Tim, Grace & Jasmine.

Others may accommodate on request: Lucy, Sabrina & Justin – please check with them before booking.

Age restrictions (18+ only)

We do not perform any services on anyone under 18 – no exceptions.

Photo ID is required for all appointments.

Children in the studio

Children are not allowed in the studio – this is non-negotiable due to safety risks with tattoo equipment.

We understand this may be inconvenient and will do our best to work around your schedule. It’s not that we don’t love kids (some of us are parents, too!)—we just want to keep them safe.

Change of mind policy

No refunds or price adjustments for change of mind.

Right to refuse service

Lovesick is a private business, and we reserve the right to refuse service at any time, for any reason.
