Lovesick operates on an appointment only basis.

All appointments run on a tight schedule. Please make contact with your artist as soon as you know if you’re going to be late.

We allow clients only into all work areas, no guests.
If you need to bring a support worker along, please make this known ahead of time so that we can accomodate.

Lovesick Studios is located on the first floor at 6/31 Black Street, Milton. The front entrance immediately opens to a flight of stairs. If you need to enter via our back door to bypass the stairs, let your artist know ahead of time & they will let you in.

Our bathroom is mobility-aid accessible and gender-neutral.

If you require assistance getting on and off the treatment bed, please bring along a support person to help you do so. Your artist cannot assist with this unfortunately.

Lovesick Studios endeavours to provide any cultural or religious considerations that you may need. We have privacy screens that can be put up to protect your modesty. Please let us know in advance if this is required so that we can ensure we have the resources available.

Lovesick Tattoo Studio is devoted to providing a safe, inclusive & comfortable space for all guests.

We are proud to uphold a zero tolerance policy for hate speech or hateful behaviour towards any community or their members. You must remember and respect this when visiting the studio. Hate speech, slurs or bigoted comments towards any protected group may result in your booking being terminated immediately & this will incur the full price of your appointment.

If you have a specific need during your appointment, please get in touch in advance so that we can accomodate.

All artists at Lovesick are independent practitioners. This means they handle their own money. Some artists have EFTPOS, most don’t. In this case payment is made via cash or bank transfer. There is no cash kept on premises so make sure you bring exact change.

All appointments require a booking fee to secure your time slot. This comes off the total cost of your booking on the day. Booking fees are paid directly to your artist & are ever held by the studio. Booking fees are not transferrable between artists. Booking fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

We understand that things happen & sometimes you may need to reschedule your appointment.

All artists allow for one non-emergency reschedule per appointment, if you contact your artist more than 72 hours prior to your appointment. In this case, your booking fee will roll over. Reschedules within 72 hours may require a new booking fee to secure your new slot. If the same appointment is rescheduled again, your booking fee will be forfeited and your treatment will incur its full cost on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations always forfeit your booking fee.

No-call no-shows will be dealt with at your artist’s discretion.

If you show up late to your appointment, your artist may not have time to complete your booking. The full fee will still be charged.

Some of our artists have completely vegan set-ups, however some do not.

At the moment our vegan artists are Daisy, Andrew, Grace & Jasmine.

Lucy, Sabrina, Chris & Justin may be able to accomodate vegan tattoos on request, please contact them directly in advance of booking to ask.

We are an 18+ only studio.

We do not perform any services on anyone under the age of 18, under any circumstances.

You must bring photo ID to all appointments.

Children cannot safely enter the studio. This is a non-negotiable due to the practice of tattoos in the studio.

We understand that this can cause inconveniences and we endeavour to accomodate your schedule as much as possible. We don’t hate kids, some of us are parents ourselves - we just want to keep your small people safe & we know that can’t be guaranteed around tattoo equipment.

Lovesick Tattoo Studio will not issue price adjustments or refunds for change of mind.

As a private business, we retain the right to refuse service at any time, for any reason.
