Yes, but pain levels vary depending on placement, pain tolerance, and design. If you’re concerned, we can suggest less painful areas.

No, we don’t. Some artists allow you to use numbing cream, but it must be applied before arrival as we don’t provide it. Check with your artist beforehand.

No, we do not tattoo pregnant or breastfeeding clients due to health risks.

Get a good night’s sleep and eat a solid meal beforehand.

Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment.

Wear comfortable, dark-coloured clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed.

Keep it clean and avoid touching it unnecessarily.

Avoid swimming, saunas, and direct sun exposure while healing.

Moisturise with a tattoo-friendly lotion as recommended.

No, we only pierce with jewellery from our studio to ensure safety and quality standards.

It depends on the treatment! Generally:

Eyebrows: 12-36 months
Lips: 2-3 years
Freckle tattoos: 6-12 months

Touch-ups are often needed to maintain results.

Yes, we are strictly 18+ for all services. No exceptions. You must bring valid photo ID.

No, children cannot enter the studio for safety reasons.

Some artists offer cover-ups—include details in your enquiry so we can assess your design.

Some of our artists have fully vegan setups: Daisy, Andrew, Tim, Grace & Jasmine. Others may accommodate on request—contact them directly.

No guests are allowed in work areas. If you require a support worker, let us know in advance.

You can reschedule once with 72+ hours' notice—your deposit will transfer.

Rescheduling within 72 hours may require a new deposit.

Cancellations forfeit deposits.

No-shows will be handled at the artist’s discretion.
