How to book at Lovesick -

We’re so excited that you want to book with us! Here’s everything you need to know to make your booking process as smooth as possible, whether you're after a tattoo, piercing, cosmetic tattoo, or beauty service.

Tattoos

To book a tattoo appointment, follow these steps:

Consultation: Fill out the booking form on the Contact page to submit your idea, including:

• Your contact details

• A description of the tattoo you want

• Where you want it on your body

• Size (in cm or inches)

• Style preference (e.g., traditional, realism, etc.)

• Artist preference (if you have one)

• Several date/time options that work for you

Booking fee: Once we review your submission, we’ll contact you to arrange a consultation (this may be in-person, over the phone, over email or via DM with your artist) and collect your booking fee to secure your spot.

Tattoo session: After the consultation, we’ll schedule your appointment to begin the tattoo process.

Piercings

For piercings, you can book your appointment directly through our Timely system - click BOOK NOW!

Browse our services: Visit our Piercing Booking Page to see all available piercing options.

Select your appointment: Choose your desired piercing and preferred time.

Confirm & book: After you book, we’ll confirm your appointment, and you can reach out if you have any questions.

Cosmetic tattoos

To book a cosmetic tattoo (eyebrows, freckles, etc.), follow these steps:

Booking request: Fill out a Cosmetic Tattoo Booking Request with:

• Your contact details

• The cosmetic tattoo you want (eyebrows, freckles, etc.)

• Artist preference (if you have one)

Consultation & booking fee: After reviewing your submission, we’ll reach out to schedule your consultation and collect your booking fee.

Cosmetic tattoo appointment: After your consultation, we’ll schedule your appointment for the cosmetic tattoo procedure.

Beauty services

For beauty services (facials, lash and brow treatments, etc.), you can also book through Timely:

Choose your treatment: Select your desired beauty treatment and time.

Confirm & book: After booking, we’ll confirm your appointment. Feel free to email or call us if you have any questions.

Important Info

Booking fee: All bookings require a booking fee to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from your final price.

Booking times: Our studio operates by appointment only, so be sure to book in advance!

Cancellations & rescheduling: Please give us 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid losing your booking fee.
